FOUNDER & CEO
Dan Coats is the Founder and CEO of Threshold Strategies. Previously, Dan was a Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee, serving the Southeast, working with campaigns like Marco Rubio for Senate, Ron DeSantis for Governor, and Brian Kemp for Governor.
Dan also served as the Trump Victory State Director in Georgia in 2020 and RNC State Director in Nevada in 2018. In 2016, as Deputy State Director with the Republican Party of Florida, he led the field program in North Florida, which led to the first Republican presidential victory since 2004. Dan has also served winning campaigns in Georgia, including Georgians for Isakson, Deal for Governor, Kemp for Secretary of State, and other local, state, and federal campaigns.
He brings more than a decade of experience in grassroots organizing to Threshold Strategies. Dan has a degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kierstin Rose is the Director of Operations at Threshold Strategies. She most recently served as Director of Recruitment, hiring and managing more than 75 staff across three states. Kierstin began her career as an intern in the Policy and Legislative Affairs Office of Governor Glenn Youngkin. She later joined Threshold Strategies as a Field Organizer, engaging voters through canvassing, phone banking, and election day operations.
She holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Law and Public Policy from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Social Work, magna cum laude, from Jacksonville State University. Kierstin is a top graduate of the Leadership Institute’s Youth Leadership School.
DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS
Bradley has led grassroots teams in more than sixteen campaigns across Alabama, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and Mississippi—building battle-tested experience in some of the nation’s most competitive political landscapes. Known for excelling in high-pressure, high-profile races, he executes comprehensive voter outreach and mobilization strategies that span community engagement, mass-persuasion initiatives, coalition building, and large-scale public contact programs.
Beyond his frontline leadership, Bradley brings strong expertise in quality assurance, data collection, analysis, and strategic interpretation. His contributions were pivotal in helping elect candidates at all levels of government—from statewide to local municipal races. Known for blending disciplined execution with data-driven insight, he consistently delivers grassroots strategies that win difficult races.
John Pudner brings more than two decades of experience in political data modeling, campaigning, and direct voter outreach, including door-to-door canvassing and faith-based mobilization. ESPN has compared his analytical approach to Nate Silver, while Fox News has referred to him as Mr. Moneyball.
Before forming a strategic partnership with Threshold Strategies, John ran integrated phone, data, and direct mail programs for more than 20 years. He is the only strategist in American political history to defeat a sitting Congressional Majority Leader in a primary (Eric Cantor, 2014) and has led successful legislative takeovers in Virginia, Georgia, and Alabama.
A nationally recognized faith-based turnout expert, John has worked on multiple presidential campaigns and achieved a remarkable 91% win rate in referenda and issue-focused campaigns. He is a regular contributor to Newsweek and Newsmax and a longtime national guest on Fox News Radio.
